Senior Prom Saturday, May 1 The Grand Hyatt, Washington, DC 9:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. No one admitted after 11:00 p.m. Tickets available at lunch April 26 th – 30 th Tickets will be $60 per person Obligations MUST be cleared No tickets will be sold at the door

After Prom Dave and Buster’s 1:30 am – 5:00 am Dress Code: Casual Dave and Buster’s will have a coat check You do not have to attend prom in order to attend After Prom

Graduation Tuesday, June 1 st Graduation Rehearsal at 9:00 a.m. Main Gym MANDATORY Wednesday, June 2 nd Graduation at 10:00 a.m. Constitution Hall

Arrival at Constitution Hall Graduation: 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 2 Students arrive no later than 8:45 a.m. Students enter at C or D Street lobby Doors open to public at 9:15 a.m. Admission for public by ticket only Doors close at 9:55 a.m. for line-up and processional Buses leave B-CC at 7:30 a.m. ($12.00 per person)

Arrival at Constitution Hall – Cont’d We do not want anyone to get stuck in rush hour traffic and miss the beginning of graduation. Therefore, we strongly encourage graduates, family, and invited guests to take advantage of the chartered buses or metro. Bus reservation forms are located in the back of the graduation packet and should be returned to Mr. Orlando on or before Friday, May 14

Tickets Admission to Constitution Hall by ticket only Each graduate receives 6 tickets Tickets distributed on Friday, May 28 at 8:30 a.m. in the school cafeteria Return unneeded tickets to Mr. Orlando Submit request form for additional tickets A.S.A.P. to Mr. Orlando

Student Attire Graduation is serious…Dress Appropriately Female students: skirts, dresses, or slacks Male students: dress shirts, ties, dress pants Dress shoes for all students Not permitted: tennis shoes, casual sandals, flip-flops, shorts, or jeans No decorations or alterations to caps/gowns except for honor society cords, IB medallions & pins, etc.

Photography and Video DVD available for purchase for $ 25. Order forms are on the B-CC website and in the senior mailing Professional photographer from Lifetouch takes pictures of each graduate receiving the diploma “Press Boxes” in Constitution Hall for guests to take pictures

Need an interpreter for any family member? Please let Mr. Orlando or Ms. Rizas know ASAP so we can request for an interpreter to be at the graduation ceremony.

Caps and Gowns §The final opportunity to purchase a cap, gown, and tassel will be at the Senior Breakfast. §The cost will be $60 and CASH is the only acceptable method of payment. §Tassels will be available for $9

Not Attending Graduation? Please let Mr. Orlando or Ms Rizas know if you will not be attending graduation.
