26 Member Services Director Mike Flanagan

27 With the additional tournaments and rink activities (i.e. Music Jam, Ice Breaker), we had a shortage of volunteers in the later stages of the season. Fortunately, enough people stepped up to help out that we were able to get everything completed. For next season, we may need to restructure the credits awarded and how many each family is responsible for fulfilling. The change to Empire Photography seems to have gone smoothly. The Dibs module will be fully implemented for the upcoming season, which should make tracking all of the credits much easier, both for the new Member Services Director and the individual families. Award Patches to be ordered from WAHA on March 25 th. Finally, I would like to say “Thank you!” to AAHA and the members for allowing me the opportunity to serve over the past 5 years. It is staggering to me how much work goes into running an organization of this size and how we can get everything accomplished with volunteers! I’m confident that Sheri Treu will do a great job! – Mike Flanagan
