Zurich Graduate Development Programme overview Three core programmes Sept Year one Sept Year two Sept General Management (General Insurance) 3 rotations: multi-function & across business units Roles within: Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Marketing, Sales and Pricing General Management (Life) 4 x 6 month rotations Functional Roles (Finance, Actuarial, BC&IT) Multiple rotations performed within the functional area Graduate development events, including leadership & business skills Home Manager to guide & track progress through the programme Common support across all programmes A Mentor to help develop you … and your career Professional qualifications with full study support package Function specific: ACCA, CIMA, actuarial exams, project management qualifications General Management: CII, Marketing professional qualifications Graduate project in conjunction with the Zurich Community Trust
