Glocal Glocalisation (or glocalization) is a portmanteau of globalization and localization. By definition, the term “glocal” refers to the individual, group, division, unit, organization, and community which is willing and is able to “think globally and act locally.”

Going Glocal Global Studies on a Budget G IVEN : We live in an interconnected world and our livelihoods and our national security depend on how well we can work collaboratively across cultures. T HE W ORLD IS F LAT AND H ERE TO S TAY Vast opportunities to connect to others through technology. This means: Jobs (NC is the 10 th largest state for receiving direct foreign investment) Better Informed Citizenry on Global Issues & Perspectives
