5. 2015 Level 1 Starting Your Journey  Consists of:  Who We Are Today  Core Values  Cadet Protection Basic Course  Equal Opportunity and Nondiscrimination  Intro to Safety  The Essentials- Basic Uniform, C&C, Grade, Basic Organization  Expectations  What’s Next? – Selecting a specialty track and starting to perform your duty in the squadron, how to get involved in ES, AE, CP, how to get enrolled in CAPOBC  Plan of Action – When they will complete the Next Step, getting the materials and permissions to start their squadron duties.
