1 PICSWEB Overview PICSWEB is a web-based, user friendly application that enables Government agencies to tap into the GPO Procurement Information Control System (PICS). Whether you need to estimate a new job, submit an order, check status of an existing job or find the name of your contractor, PICSWEB is your source. Using a PC or a MAC you can access PICSWEB anywhere you are each day between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (ET) – even on weekends and Federal holidays.

4 First Stop for Information Planning Schedules  Ship dates up to 13 months prior to current date for One-Time Bids, Small Purchases, Program\Print Orders, Congressional, Black Jackets and Black Jacket\Print Orders Archived Jackets  Ship dates exceeding 13 months prior to the current date for One-Time Bid and Small Purchases Current Order Status  For One-Time Bids, Small Purchases and Program\Print Orders. Provides comprehensive information including agency BAC, award information, preplanning dates, procurement method, quantity, ship dates, change orders and more Quality Assurance  Inspection results and reported complaints for One-Time Bids, Small Purchases and Program\Print Orders

5 PICSWEB Has It All Contractor List by Program  For Programs only, displays contract year, award term and list of contractors with associated purchase order number Agency List by Program  For Programs only, lists agency, agency BAC, requisition and jacket numbers Contractor List  All contractors doing business with GPO by state or contractor code Cost Estimating  For Books & Pamphlets, Cut Forms and Simplified Snapouts

6 Upload Your Print Orders & Non-Compliance Reports  Enter Print Orders online by completing the user-friendly 2511 form  Save the Print Order to your computer using Adobe Acrobat  Print Orders may be edited for 24 hours after date of entry. For changes after this time period contact your Agency Publishing Specialist (http://www.gpo.gov/customers/ast.htm).http://www.gpo.gov/customers/ast.htm  The Print Order is always available for reprint and viewing  Non-Compliance Reports (907) may be submitted online and the form may be printed. The report is always available for reprint and viewing.

7 Registering For PICSWEB  Click the Register link on the PICSWEB homepage (https://govprint.access.gpo.gov/Register.asp)https://govprint.access.gpo.gov/Register.asp  Complete the Registration Form and click submit  For Inquiry Access your User ID and Password will be emailed to you within 3 business days  For Update Plus Inquiry Access your User ID and Password will be emailed to you within 4 business days  For assistance in completing the Registration Form refer to the User Manual found under Help or email picsweb@gpo.govpicsweb@gpo.gov
