12.  State requires City’s designation of a Civic Center via City Ordinance  Apply for Annual Consumption License with Civic Center designation $250  Permit required by State per event to sell - $25 (max of 15 annually) State License Process as outlined by the State of Florida Statutes Therefore $250 + (3 events X $25) = $325 annually vs. $1,550 for an unlimited retail license
