Heller is a Title I – school wide mode All children can receive assistance from Title I resources. The purpose of Title I is to ensure that all children have a fair, equal and significant opportunity to obtain a high- quality education and reach, at minimum, proficiency on challenging State academic standards. Success for All is the reading program used in grades K-6. S.F.A. books will come home on Monday-Thursday nights Sign the bookmark every night

New math series this year! Example of topics covered: Addition and Subtraction Geometry Writing numbers to 120 Time Measurement

Music Computer Lab P.E. Please send your child in appropriate shoes for P.E.

Homework folders, S.F.A. books, and planners should return daily. Homework Example Accelerated Reader (A.R.) will start the second 9-weeks

Parties are scheduled at 2:45. No birthday invitations can be delivered at school unless all students in the classroom are invited. Please bring water for the drink No food items that contain peanuts

Any changes in after school plans need to be written and sent to school on or before the day of the change. Do not rely on your child to verbally give this information. If you forget to send a note, please call the office before 3:00 p.m.

You may drop off and pick up your child from the car rider pick-up lane. If there are any changes to medications or allergies please update the records with the nurse. Any medications needing to be taken at school should be sent to the nurse. *This includes cough drops
