Successful districts seem to have keyed in on some key vocabulary, this vocabulary can have a powerful effect on the how stakeholders pull together and achieve. Nouns: system, learner, graduate, partnership, values, objectives, consensus Verbs: provides, promotes, inspires, empowers, challenges, excels, unites, bridges, meets strategic needs, initiates Adjectives: quality education, rigorous, focused, exemplary, strategic goals, bold, innovative, equitable, excellent Key Vocabulary

Proposed Mission: Engage and empower all learners to excel through a rigorous curriculum that bridges gaps and celebrates achievement.

Proposed Vision: Work in strategic partnerships with communities to become exemplary educators. Through focused goals, bold innovations and rigorous analysis of methods, we will increase graduation rates, improve the quality of student learning, and prepare students to successfully participate in our community’s social, economic and political life.
