7 AIMS to facilitate the Europen level discussion of the professional qualifications needed in the care of older people to create a forum for national and European level discussions and analysis of the professional roles, values and skills in the future care of older people

8 Objectives 1. to increase the value of the cre of elderly among professionals and students of social and health care 2. to highlight the national and European level challenges of education to improve the quality of care of older people by the education 3. to facilitate the transnational comparing of education, professional skills and knowledge in the care of older people 4. to facilitate students as well as professionals transnational mobility in the field of elderly care

9 Objectives 1.To increase the value of the care of the elderly among professionals and students of social and health care 2.To highlight the national and European level challenges of education to improve the quality care of older people by the education 3.To facilitate the transnational comparing of education, professional skills and knowledge in the care of older people 4.To facilitate students as well as professionals transnational mobility in the field of care of older people
