6 March 26, 2008Fiduciary Forum6 Steps: 1.DPS has the primary responsibility. 2.The System should be up and running and, preferably, is being used for govt. contracts for certain time. 3.Request Client for self assessment of the system. 4.Forward an ‘e-GP System Performance Assessment Questionnaire’ and request Client’s response. 5.Review self assessment and prepare for WB assessment. 6.Consultant carries out the assessment and then the country e-GP FP (+ DPS) join the consultant in the discussion with the Client. Share the Assessment Report with the RPM Office/OPCPR and decide on the result. 7.Convey the assessment result to the Client. Country/State e-GP Sys. Assessment
