8. Construction Creating your own shape: Take a 3x5 index card.
Cut from the top and place it in the same location at the bottom of the card. Tape it down.
Cut from the left and place it in the same location at the right of the card. Tape it down.
Using your shape to make a tessellation:
Take a sheet of white paper.
Trace the shape anyway on the paper.
Trace another shape to it. Do not leave spaces. Make sure both shapes are connected.
Continue tracing until the entire paper is filled.
