3. Service Export from India Scheme (SEIS) Service Providers of services listed in Appendix 3D of HBPv1 would alone be eligible for SEIS. Following point is most important for service providers. 7.TOURISM AND TRAVEL-RELATED SERVICES Admissible Rate % (on FE earning ) A. Hotels and Restaurants (including catering) 3 B. Travel agencies and tour operators services 5 C. Tourist guides services 5 Service sector that have free foreign exchange earning of at least $ 15,000.00 in preceding/ current financial year will be eligible for Duty Credit Scrip. Such eligible Service Providers will be entitled to Duty Credit Scrip equivalent to 3% of free foreign exchange earned during preceding/ current financial year.”
