What Jesus taught? That purity in the disciple’s life makes the person’s life most influential. To become “salt of the earth” and “light of the world”.

What do we do as salt We preserve the moral values. We improve the quality of life. We promote healing in relationships. We are to live a life that is pure. We are to create thirst by our exemplary lives.

B. “YOU ARE THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD” Matt. 5.14 AS LIGHT WE DISPEL DARKNESS. AS LIGHT WE REVEAL THE TRUTH. Our source of light is JESUS AS LIGHT WE GIVE WARMTH.

Influence by modeling Author Unknown I’d rather see a sermon than hear one any day. I’d rather one should walk with me than merely show the way. The eye’s a better pupil and more willing than the ear. Fine counsel is important, but example’s always clear. The best of all the preachers are the men who live their creeds, for to see the good in action is what everybody needs.
