CSD Jordan will prepare a memo by next meeting addressing membership issue based on annual fees & payment and number of attending meetings or proxy voting.

AMEDA members will allocate an amount of $3000 to the secretariat as a bonus paid by the end of the year and will be shown in the AMEDA Balance Sheet under Miscellaneous. By May 15 th, Kuwait will respond if KCC will host AMEDA 12 th meeting, otherwise it will be in Tripoli.
