The available quantity definition Quantity on Hand: The quantity of product is in stock which excludes the quantity in the sales order (not picked) and the part item in the work order. Quantity Pending: The quantity is in the sales order (but picked). Quantity Reserved: The quantity of part item is in work order. Quantity on Purchase order: The quantity is in the purchase order (but received). Quantity Available: The quantity which you can sell. Formula: Quantity Available = Quantity on Hand – (Quantity Pending + Quantity Reserved)
