Quarterly Trainings held throughout Western Washington Campus wide Facilitated by AmeriCorps Members Includes Peer-to-Peer and Peer-to-Youth Mentoring programs The goal of the Mentor and Leadership Training is to cultivate a campus-wide community of mentors, develop practical mentoring skills, and empower students to become better leaders and mentors on campus and throughout the community.

Stay in your group of three Your team will be asked to complete 7 obstacles Take the TWO cloth strips with you from your seats & proceed to foyer Wait for further instructions

Safe and fun environment where attendees will understand: communication barriers assumptions that they make when working with others Example of an effective, highly interactive training activity: building community empowering students to overcome obstacles together Bridging gap between leadership theory and application
