College Going Rate Most students enter college immediately after completing high school College Going Rates are a reflection of: –Proportion that will ever enter higher education –Access to higher education –Relative value of higher education as perceived by students and their families Arkansas College Going Rate improved in 2001 to 59.4%, an increase of 3.7% National College Going Rate increased in 2000 to 63.3%, an increase of 0.4%
