Total = 397 respondents 88% are aware of JobMine’s skills inventory 19% update their skills inventory every term 64% said they have never updated their skills inventory or haven’t updated in several terms 53% are aware CECA uses the skills inventory to determine potential candidates

As well as collecting an overall satisfaction rating, which attributes would you also like to be able to provide/view individual employer ratings for? Work/life balance, physical work environment, quality of supervision, compensation/salary and benefits… How much, if any, impact would an employer’s rating have on your decision to apply to an opening?
