Mar. : First private incubation – Young Dong Business Incubator by Jungbu Industrial Consulting Inc. 1993. Dec. : First public incubator – Ansan Business Incubator by SBC IMF monetary crisis in 1997. : Business incubation activities were promoted by the government to create jobs and recover economy. The 330 Business incubators established by 2005. 2005. Dec. : Incubation activities were combined by SMBA to enhance the quality and efficiency of the incubator management.
