Specification for Apprenticeships Standards in England SASE Sector Skills Councils - Determine the SASE Framework in discussion with employers Awarding Bodies – interpret the framework and construct the qualification If the funding for the qualification is to be claimed by the Further Educational College (FEC) then the qualification must be on the Learner Aims Reference Application (LARA)
