HR Services 5 Engagement Form – Employment Pages (Pages 1-2) The employment pages (pages 1-2) of the Sessional Engagement form are to be provided when an employee is first engaged as this is their formal contract of employment. A Tax Declaration form should also be provided. These pages of the form are also needed if the employee has had a break of employment between semesters and is rehired eg. Sessional works first semester, does not work second semester, and then is rehired first semester of the following year.

HR Services Reporting 3 types of Reports which all download into csv (excel): Employee Report – shows details by employee Summary Report – shows details by work types All Data Report – All fields from schedules downloaded into excel file so you can manipulate to any report you require. 14

HR Services Security Setup Heads of Elements to email hr-services@griffith.edu.au with list ofhr-services@griffith.edu.au School secretaries/School administrators they wish to be able to have access to the system. Please supply: Employee ID Employee Name Department code eg. AFE (please note if department has sub- departments then access will be granted to these automatically) Dates for access 15

HR Services Go Live System will be activated from 6 June 2011 and will be optional for first 12 months. More information sessions will be held prior to semester 2 Schools/Departments to use either online system or paper system for all staff from semester 2 onwards 16
