Barcelona, 24-27 May 2005 9 The Project will focus on, and assist the countries: To develop an adequate human capacity for legal/institutional set up, reforms and harmonization of policies needed to reverse pollution degradation trends, biodiversity and living resources depletion ;

Barcelona, 24-27 May 2005 10 To implement the legal, institutional and policy reforms, which are necessary for the implementation of the SAP MED and SAP BIO;

Barcelona, 24-27 May 2005 11 To provide technical and financial support in implementing selected priority actions identified in NAPs related to the SAP MED and SAP BIO;

Barcelona, 24-27 May 2005 12 To develop a long term sustainable financing capacity of countries in order for sustainable implementation of the SAP MED and SAP BIO.
