Assess Risks Severity and likelihood are used to determine associated risk. Analyze Risks For each hazard, identify worst case outcomes. Determine consequences; likelihood & severity. Identify Hazards Identify any condition or situation that could create adverse safety consequences. Describe System Identify all related systems. 22
