17 Request: Text and map amendments to the Goals, Objectives, and Policies of the Future Land Use Element related to Horizon West Lakeside Village – Reams Road Corridor Study Area District:Countywide Amendment 2015-1-B-FLUE-4

18 2015-1-B-FLUE-4 Policy Summary  Creates the Reams Road Corridor Study Area to provide a residential transition zone within the largest greenbelt system in Horizon West;  Limits uses to residential;  Establishes maximum appropriate residential densities; and  Outlines procedures for requesting a residential land use designation within the Study Area
