Freedom of Speech Congress can't make any law to keep you from saying whatever you want, or publishing whatever you want etc. It allows you to participate in publishing anything you want.

The Right To Keep and Bear Arms People have the right to defend themselves to be safe. You also are safe because electronic precautions guarantee safty.

Condition for Quarters for Soldiers No soldier, in time of peace, be quartered in any house without the owner’s consent.

Right of Search and Seizure Regulated. Nobody can search your personal belongings unless the police think they have a good reason for it.

Provisions Concerning Prosecution. You can't be tried for any serious crime without a Grand Jury meeting first to decide whether there's enough evidence for a trial. The government can’t take your belongings unless they pay for it.

Right to a Speedy Trial, Witness, etc. The government can't keep you in jail without trying you.

Right to a Trial by Jury You also have the right to a jury when it is a civil case.

Excessive Bail, Cruel Punishment The government can't make you pay more than is reasonable in bail or in fines.

Rule of Construction if Constitution Just because these rights are listed in the Constitution doesn't mean that you don't have other rights too.

Rights of the States under Constitution Anything that the Constitution doesn't say that Congress can do should be left up to the states, or to the people.
