Society/Social Responsibility  Health care is effected socially by our country because the Health Care programs of the United States have a social responsibility to the country. They must contribute to the well-being of the entire country and do a satisfactory job. They have a responsibility to provide people with the best care available.

Culture  Culture effects the Health Care environment because business culture determines from whom we are most likely to get the supplies for proper Health Care. For instance, the US trades with Canada a lot because their business cultures are similar.

Technology  Health care is effected by technology because hospitals need the latest technology to better take care of the people in need of their help. Without the most recent and cutting edge technology, people could not get their health issues taken care of in time or something could go wrong.

Government  Health care is effected by government because it is the governments and the voters opinion and ideas about it that dictate how health care is going to be carried out. The recent and very controversial health care debate has shown us just how much of an influence the government has on health care. It is in the government’s control.  For example the research on stem cells has been brought to a stand-still because of current controversies and regulations.

Global Trade  Global trade effects health care because hospitals need the supplies and instruments that foreign countries produce, which the United States don’t. Without global trade, health care would not be as beneficial to its patients because they would not be able to get the care and medicine that they need.

Global Environment  Health care is effected by its global environment because without the support and cooperation of the environment around our country, we would not be able to pull off a working and beneficial health care program. We would not have the supplies or resources able to take care of people who really need it.

Business Ethics  Business Ethics effect Health Care because the people who work in health care are subject to the code of ethics. These employees must keep to this code to ensure a good business life.

Current Business Trends  Currently, the business trends effecting health care are boosting its industry. The group of people responsible for this are the Baby Boomers. Because their generation is getting older, they require more health care than before. They are such a large section of our economy that they are boosting the health care industry.

Ethic Factors  Ethics effect how healthcare providers can help people. For example some people have religious beliefs that don’t allow them to receive blood transfusions. This can change the way doctors choose to care for these patients.

How Health Care Adapts To Today’s Market Changes  Health care adapts to today’s market changes by buying new and improved technology and equipment when the market comes out with new technology. It also adapts to it by changing its rules and requirements.  Example: New Health Care Bill

The Health Care Bill  This Health Care Bill was signed in March 23, 2010. It stated that all Americans will have affordable health care. It also offers protection from the worst insurance industry practices and will offer health care to small uninsured business’.
