WCD Allowance The employee’s job requires ready access to voice, data or other electronically available materials and/or be readily accessible for regular and frequent contact with the public or with University faculty, staff, students, or business partners, and The employee's job extends beyond his or her access to regular office based land-line telephones, paper- based materials or desk top computers that would satisfy the required business communication needs.
