Discussion Individual management necessary for Major Depressive Disorder. Initial hesitation in involving sessions. Changes in sleep pattern. Concern about future. Length of camp. Categorical evaluation not done. This reciprocal support enhanced confidence Yoga helped to relax externally and purge out the compressed emotions.

Conclusion Clinical Yoga techniques were proved to be effective in improving the quality of life in depressive patients.
