ESSIP Plan 20143 Comprehensive Explanation  Area of applicability: All ECAC States except Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia  Initial Operational Capability (IOC): 09/2013 Full Operational Capability (FOC): 12/2017  The objective will ensure the progressive deployment of free route airspace.  It covers the Interim Deployment Programme part of the free route implementation  Aligned with the European Route Network Improvement Plan (ERNIP) Part 1

Objective Coordinator’s Analysis, recommendations, tips & tricks ESSIP Plan 20149  Ensure that your subject matter expert is involvement once you make your statement.  Information provided per SLoA can be easily verified by checking the provisions laid down in the supporting material.  Attention to the applicability to the Military stakeholders as airspace users (pilots and flight planning).  To ensure appropriate progress on this Objective, full coordination shall take place through the ERND function of the Network Manager.
