Preparation: Cook the beans together with smoked ribs, carrots and onion in 2 liters of water for 2-3 hours. Make a light roux of flour, oil, garlic and red pepper and cook with beans mixture for further 15 minutes. Serve with cabbage salad spiced with oil, vinegar and black pepper.
