3. Brief History  DSC was founded in 1982. The number of employees has grown from 3 to 2200 in 26 years.  DSC has 6 head quarters in Taiwan and many more in mainland China.  In 2002 DSC established Digital China Management Systems Ltd. as a joint venture with Digital China.
