15 Quality-of-Life  68% say Villa Park is a good or excellent place to live  66% say Villa Park is a good or excellent place to raise kids  68% say access to affordable housing is good or excellent

16 Sense of Place  There is a strong sense of community in Villa Park, but a poor overall sense of its image and reputation
