Intro to myVolunteerPage.com Emailing People/Contact Tab Select the “Contact” tab in the Main Menu Click on a button in the “To” section to select a volunteer coordinator or committee name (one selection is permitted) Enter a subject and body text for your message Click “Browse” and select files you wish to attach Click the “Send Email” button 24

Intro to myVolunteerPage.com Emailing from an Organization/Contact Tab To send an email from an organization to the main contact for the Exploratorium: Select the “Contact” tab in the Main Menu Scroll Down to “Organizations” Click the “Main Contact” link to send an email Enter subject and body text and click “Send Email” Select “Resign from Exploratorium” if you are no longer available to volunteer. 25
