Email - You must be really familiar with this application to show what you can do! In the test all the detailed instructions about the tasks you have to complete, and where files you have to use are, come to you by email

The email application – summary of Investigate the email tools and make sure you know how to: * open email * reply to email [To, cc] * use subject line * write a mini message * use the address book * open an attachment * send an attachment

The test information box gives you a summary of what you have to do for each task. It usually starts with “You have received an email from ….. …..open the email to…” Q What is the most efficient way to open email from this screen?

Don’t miss instructions! Sometimes the email is very long – you cannot see it all on the screen at once and will need to use the scroll bar to read through it all!

Changing the working view Tip-remember you can make the email window larger by hiding the application toolbar at the side, and hiding the task summary at the top
