Senior Ministry Staff Agenda January 6, 2015  Cowboys @ Packers – Sunday, January 11 th @ 10:05 a.m.  Latino Ministry (Pastor Sam)  Additional service at 1:00p.m.  Kara to tour possible new Latino students/parents the evening of January 15 th (Pastor Sam to interpret)  Review- Living Nativity (All)  Great event  Fire pit is nice touch  Maybe one weekend earlier to accommodate school families  Add additional set of bleachers on left hand side – maybe bleachers with additional seats?  Patio fellowship best it has ever been  Food Packaging Event Update (Pastor Scott)  Raised about 12k so far  Registration through FFCC will go live at end of month – will have sign-ups at services on the weekend of the 17 th -18 th  T-Shirts are on the way  School has raised 1k  Site is old police station – if it rains, we will use school gym  Church services the day of the event date will be 8:00 and 9:30 only  Need to outreach to Latino ministry to join us as well
