3 Today Today, Washington D.C. is still our nations capitol and a lot more famous monuments or places like the capitol building, a better white house and the Lincoln Memorial made in honor of president Lincoln. Also there are sports teams from here like the Redskins (football), Capitals (Hockey), Nationals (baseball), ect.

4 The White House around Lincolns Time Around Lincoln’s time the white house was kind of like today but smaller. It was a presidential building still in bad, war-like condition. There was a few jobs and a nice sized yard.

5 White House Today Today the white House is one of the main attractions in the United states. It is very big and a very large front and back yard. Over 35 presidents slept in the same room. A lot of presidential speeches has been said here. There’s a lot of things here like a theater, a lot of gardens, a library, a basketball court, and a lot more.
