2 2012 Advertising Partnership Clear Channel Philadelphia and Neuro Beverage will partner in 2012 to promote a the Sunoco Rewards program in the Philly market. The campaign will include a partnership with Radio 104.5 in September 2012 including on-air commercials, I- Heart Radio commercials, Digital Marketing, On-site Events and a sponsorship of a Radio 104.5 Campus Philly Event in September. Timing - September 3, 2012 - September 30, 2012

3 Why Radio 104.5 Radio 104.5’s audience is a great fit for the Neuro Brand. The station core target is Adults 25-34 year old in the market. WRFF has ranked # 1 reaching Adults 18-34 in the Philly market 11 times in the past 13 months. And in the Top 4 reaching Adults 25-54 in 17 of the past 18 months! Radio 104.5’s personalities will make great brand ambassadors of the Neuro brand. Wendy Rollins will be the ambassador of the Neuro brand in September 2012 in all on-air commercials. Radio 104.5 contests via text or digital activation receive a ton of traffic. We can create a contest exclusive to the Neuro brand and drive consumers to Sunoc locations to take advantage of the A Plus Reward Incentive. The September 16 th Campus Philly Event with Radio 104.5 is estimated to draw 8000+ college age adults on to the Parkway. Great sampling opportunity for Neuro brands.

7 Sunoco Rewards Events / Contest Neuro will receive the following events at participating Sunoco retailers in September 2012 - Four (4) Radio 104.5 appearances at a Sunoco location in the market - Two Hour station Appearance at the Sunoco location - Twenty (20) bonus commercials/ promos to promtoe the appearance - Social Networking post promoting each Sunoco event - Contest on-site at each location … RTW concert tickets
