Taste the Rainbow: Mix It Up Goal : Eat at least produce servings, 5 days/week SIMPLE….. Vegetable Serving = 2 points Fruit Serving = 1 point Top Choice* selection = 1 bonus point.

Colorful and Easy! Example: Since the goal is to eat 5 produce servings 5 days a week, the total for one week would be: Vegetable serving = 2 points x 3 = 6 points a day Fruit serving = 1 point x 2 = 2 points a day 8 points per day x 5 days = 40 points a week
