22 Support for Strategy Chairs In the Building: Principal Strategy Chair Point Person (Steering Team) InSAI School Support Specialist On-call tech support  phone / email  five-minute rule Review of your work  School submits the plan online  InSAI support specialist 1. Reads submission 2.Assigns a status (meets criteria / needs revision) 3.Provides written comments

23 Graduate Credit & CRU’s (Documents 6.16 and 6.16.5) YOUR CHOICE: 3 graduate credits Workshop in Education Reform (IU)  Register with InSAI in spring of second year  Credit awarded second summer  IU will bill 45 CRU’s (90 contact hours) REQUIREMENTS: 1.Activity Log – 90 hours 2.Strategy Plan – meets criteria 3.Action Steps – checked online as completed 4.Strategy Evaluation reports (2) – meets criteria
