Process JULY 201311 th Asia Pacific Regional Conference. Presentation of APMDS. MOs discuss strategic priorities and outcomes, and prioritize. APMDS is approved by 11 th Asia Pacific Regional Conference. JULY – SEP 2013Asia Pacific Committee finalizes APMDS and ensures there is a process of monitoring and evaluation to attain desired outcome and impact. APMDS inputs to the Global Strategy Plan 15-17 OCT 2013Global Strategic Plan 2015-2017 presented to World Board for approval

Process MAR 2014Asia Pacific Committee finalizes the operational plans and projects to implement the merged APOP 12-14 and the APMDS JULY 2014Global Strategic Plan 2015-2017 and budget presented to the World Conference Regional Gathering will look at operational plan and projects AUG 2014MOs sent the approved version of the APMDS MOs use the APMDS to guide their own strategies and work plans

The next step… JULY – SEP 2013 - Asia Pacific Committee finalizes APMDS and ensures there is a process of monitoring and evaluation to attain desired outcome and impact. The revised APMDS will be sent by September 2013
