3 Introduction to Sohco  Sohco’s business is to provide quality, affordable residential accommodation through tenure options other than immediate sale (rent and rent-to-buy)  We currently provide housing options for an income range of between predominantly R 3000 and R 7500 per month  Sohco is a Section 21 company (non profit) Introduction

17 Profiling  Finding out exact profile not efficient exercise for value add  Different regions and sites have a completely different risk profile  Exercise gives us a sense of positive behavior to reinforce  Different risk factors require different responses e.g. information targeted at 14 year old boys will be different from information targeted at single moms Outcomes
