Our Basic Beliefs... Interscholastic athletics exist outside the school day and curriculum and remain there as voluntary, extracurricular programs in which qualifying students earn the privilege of participation.
6
Our Basic Beliefs... Interscholastic athletics are secondary to the academic program of Dearborn High School... And provide opportunities to develop loyalty and school spirit, to practice teamwork, hard work, discipline, sacrifice, leadership, and sportsmanship.
7
Our Basic Beliefs... Our emphasis is on participation by many, not by few, and on academic scholarship at Dearborn High School, not athletic scholarships to college.
