Gaining Access to the Provider Web Portal  If you have not already enrolled to receive access to the Wyoming Medicaid Provider Web Portal, please follow these directions: o Fill out the Wyoming Medicaid EDI Enrollment Application and Agreement which is located on the Wyoming Medicaid website under Forms->Wyoming Medicaid – EDI Applications ->EDI Enrollment Application and Agreement o Once completed successfully, you will receive a Wyoming Medicaid EDI Welcome letter which will contain all the information you will need to register for the Provider Web Portal o Go to the Provider Portal Link and select the Web Portal Link under New Providers o Follow steps outlined to register for the Provider Web Portal o Directions on how to register are also outlined in the Wyoming Medicaid provider manual in Section 8.5.2.1 September 23, 2015 3
