4. 1. Reprogramming your mindset
It is better to have a hen tomorrow than an egg today. Thomas Fuller 1732 Haggai 2:8 (NIV) 8 ‘The silver is mine and the gold is mine,’ declares the Lord Almighty.

5. 2. Knowledge, understanding and wisdom are the 3 ingredances needed to become wealthy.
To become wealthy you need basically three things:
The knowledge of what to do and;
Understanding.
The discipline/wisdom to practice the things to be done.

29. Sam Sold his home for R70 000 after 7 years
Sam Sold his home for R after 7 years. Took his R and bought a R home next to Bill Big. Financing R (R minus R70 000) for 7 additional years at 10%.

30. His new payments were R 913 per month
His new payments were R 913 per month. After 7 years, Sam owned his R home, debt free. He had paid a total of R for it, including interest. 7 years at R1 000/ month = R 84,000 7 years at R 913/ month = R 76,692 R 160,692

Proverbs 13:11 11 Dishonest money dwindles away, but he who gathers money little by little makes it grow.
