7 TDRP GRANTEE SUSTAINABILITY WORKSHOP Challenge 1: Fully realizing the first two phases of the BOT model takes additional staff to guide/counsel students, broker partnerships, support college exploration, etc. - and funding those staff is difficult Challenge 2: Supporting dual credit or taking college courses is hard to prioritize given other demands on students and school/program time, student motivation, and funds  ACTIVITY: Pick a challenge.
