Primary Colors Red, Yellow, and Blue Cannot be combined or mixed with any other color.

Secondary Colors Green, violet, and orange Combining two Primary colors.

INTERMEDIATE (Tertiary Colors) Yellow-green, blue- green, blue-violet, red-violet, red-orange, yellow-orange. Combining a primary and a secondary hue. Primary color listed first.

1. Neutral Absence of color. Black, white, and gray _________________________________ __________________ White reflects light. Black absorbs all colors. Gray is a blend of black and white.

5. Split Complement A color scheme using one color with the two colors on the sides of its complement. Examples: Yellow, Blue Violet, Red Violet
