In each phase, specific objective is set to ensure the trainees would be benefits the most out of the program. The 3 phases are: 1st month - ST Integration 2nd - 3rd month - Technology Integration 4th - 6th month - Functions Integration Training Methodology : We will adopt a combination of different training methods and tools to arouse the learning interests of Trainees. The training methods and tools will be used in this program include: Classroom Training e-learning (Online Training) Experience / Learning Sharing On-the-job Training Group Project Presentation Individual Monthly Report Cross Departmental Exposure Training
