The focus of this case study is to compare the container storage of the Port of Cristobal to the Port of Gulfport. Two research methods were used: Internet searches and personal interviews Certain criteria such as storage location, capacity, type of cargo, and duration of storage were analyzed. The results showed both storage techniques to be very similar. The impact of these results show that the two ports are able to be successful because they mold certain rules and processes in order to be able to work with global partners
