THE KEY ARGUMENT The Eastern Cape still remains vulnerable – Lagging behind in delivering critical Capital Investments, with further reduction in government spending on key catalytic interventions planned and a Provincial Budget deficit = slowed economic recovery Thus, national intervention and private sector lobbying is key in realising these strategic interventions
